Beryl Moss is the Manager of Performance Improvement. She joined LAORA in 2018 and has served in multiple areas within the Quality Department before advancing to her current role. Before joining LAORA, Beryl managed a community program with The Children’s Trust dedicated to providing essential services to children and families. Her passion and love for the transplant mission began when she worked as a Transplant Clinical Assistant at the Miami Transplant Institute. She is a registered nurse with a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. She studied topics including Education and Leadership before beginning her career in Healthcare. With experience in Leadership, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Process Improvement, and Performance Improvement, Beryl is invested in helping the South Florida community and is dedicated to our mission of transforming and saving lives through organ donation. Beryl is proud of our diverse and multicultural service area. She and her husband are foodies. She enjoys spending time with family, traveling, nature and animals.
